If you are looking for accommodation within the Old City of Chiang Mai, you can stay in our Baan Nantaya Guesthouse which offers six double rooms and two junior suites.
For families our Baan Nantaya II holiday home is suitable, which can sleep 6-8 persons and is located only a few feet away from the Old City of Chiang Mai.

Baan Nantaya is located in the center of the old city of Chiang Mai and near most of the main tourist attractions. The house is close to many temples
and tourist areas such as:
Wat Prasingh (only 10 minutes walk)
5 minutes walk to visit Wat Jedi Luang
Only 5 Minute away from the Saturday Market at Wau Lai Road.
Sunday Night Market and Walking Street (Rachadamnoen Road) is only about 5 minutes away.
The three story guesthouse was built in 2017/18 and is suited at Ratchapakhinai Road in Soi Wat Chaimoon Phamar making it a nice and quiet place to stay. You can easily find a lot
of Tuk-Tuks or Songthaew close by.

Baan Nantaya II is located only a few minutes from in the center of the old city of Chiang Mai and not far from the main tourist attractions. The house is close to many temples
and tourist areas such as:
Only 10 minutes away from the Saturday Market at Wau Lai Road.
15 minutes away from the Chiang Mai Night Bazar at Changklan Road.
20 minutes walk to visit Wat Jedi Luang.
Sunday Night Market and Walking Street (Rachadamnoen Road) also is only about 20 minutes away.
The two story house was renovated in 2024 and is suited at 38 Ragang Rd 2, Tambon Hai Ya making it a nice and quiet place to stay. You can easily find a lot
of Tuk-Tuks or Songthaew when walking only 400 m towards the south east corner of the Old City.
